About the Role

Candidate will oversee the schedule and performance for a highly visible national marketing campaign. Primary responsibility is to document government requirements and manage the team’s progress to delivery. The PM will lead all team meetings, both with the internal team and those that include the government representatives. Other duties include the submission of meeting summaries, monthly reports, quality assurance reviews on all deliverables, and maintaining a master schedule.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will oversee the schedule and performance for a highly visible national marketing campaign. Primary responsibility is to document government requirements and manage the team’s progress to delivery. The PM will lead all team meetings, both with the internal team and those that include the government representatives. Other duties include the submission of meeting summaries, monthly reports, quality assurance reviews on all deliverables, and maintaining a master schedule.


At a minimum, the Project Manager must meet the following criteria:


  1. Candidate MUST have experience planning and executing a national level campaign that includes multiple events and advertising across multiple channels (broadcast, print, web, streaming, billboards, etc., at least two of these).

    1. At least one previous national-level campaign.

    2. Must have direct experience involved with two or more events in different states.

    3. Must have direct experience involved with two or more information or advertising channels.

  2. Must have demonstrated expertise in media relations, media pitches, etc.

    1. Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in media relations.

  3. Must have planned at least three (3) prior marketing strategies that either took place in different states (but not linked together), were executed across two or more events, or were executed across two or more advertising channels.

  • Managing group dynamics with a geographically distributed team

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Teams

Compensation Range:

Salary and hourly rate are negotiable based upon the candidate’s background and experience level.


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience.


Licenses/Certifications:

PMP certification preferred.


Security Clearance, Background Check:

Candidate must pass a standard employment background check and the client’s Secret clearance requirements.


Telework and Travel:

Telework options exist but must be coordinated, in advance, with Revolve and the customer. Travel is expected to properly support the regional events that comprise this national campaign.
