Overview
Revolve Solutions provided graphic design, layout, copyediting, and Section 508 remediation for the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center's publications program, including its newsletter, Horizons, and its annual report. The publications reach Veterans, medical center employees, Congressional staff, elected officials, and Veterans service organizations.

Challenge
The medical center needed publications that told its story consistently, encouraged readers to attend events, donate, or volunteer, and met federal accessibility requirements for both print and web distribution.

Overview
Since October 2025, Revolve Solutions has supported the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services, as a subcontractor to West 4th Strategy. Revolve provides Section 508 compliance review and remediation, copyediting, and graphic design for HRSA's digital documents.​​
​
Challenge
Federal agencies must make their electronic documents usable by people with disabilities, including readers who rely on screen readers and other assistive technology. HRSA produces a steady volume of Word documents, slide decks, and PDFs, and each one needs to pass accessibility review before release.
