Executive Summary
Robin Schenck is an executive leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience focused on human behavior, organizational functioning, and leadership development. Robin specializes in leadership development, assessment, high-potential coaching, and interpersonal challenges. She believes that leadership development is more effective when individuals intentionally focus on their own strengths and opportunities for growth with an eye toward organizational culture and expectations.
Background and Experience
Robin began her career as a psychologist, providing therapy and assessment. She worked in healthcare organizations and educational settings where she focused both on individual growth and organizational change. Prior to leaving the educational setting, she served on the strategic leadership team as the senior director of admission, and then later as the head of a high school. In 2012, Robin established her own coaching and consulting practice. Robin honed her coaching skills as an executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She also served as a community lead coach for CCL, leading a regional group of CCL’s professional coaches. She enjoys blending her knowledge of human behavior and neuroscience to help adults focus on growth and development in the business environment. She has demonstrated the ability to rapidly learn business knowledge through experience with over 250 leaders from over 150 different organizations.

Christopher Reese

Mr. Reese will serve as the Contract Manager for this project. Mr. Reese has implemented performance improvement solutions for government, commercial, industry and non-profit organizations. His work within the Federal government spans across the US Army and the Department of Defense, NASA, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Reese retired from the United States Marine Corps, with his final assignment at the Office of U.S. Marine Corps Communication where he supported the Commandant’s public affairs and strategic outreach mission.
